YouTube video: NECN News Report on Court House Protest

Maine animal activists and pet lovers we enraged when Michael Morin of Biddeford slit the throat of a rat tarrier of someone he falsely believed raped his girlfriend. At the time animal advocates in Maine had expressed concern about court leniency in animal cruelty cases. This was a high profile animal cruelty case in which MFOA made Michael Morin the poster person for stronger adjudication of animal cruelty cases. The video is a NECN News Report on November 23, 2006 at the Alfred, ME District Court House. Video (2.6 minutes)
